The short answer is that it isn't necessary to do workouts to lose weight fast if you use my weight loss program.
Seriously though, it all depends. Most people don't realize that when they begin to workout, they also being to eat more too.
So yes, if you workout and burn more calories and don't eat more food that you used to before you started your workouts. But otherwise, you're just going to end up "bulkier" and most people don't want that.
I recommend reading my eBook so you can really understand the ENTIRE weight loss process, then you will understand why some diets work, some don't, some work for a while...etc. Mostly you will understand WHY I know of no other program that offers the results my weight loss program does that is ALSO as easy!
