- Dropping Food or Fasting / Calorie Restriction
- Dropping Water
- Dropping Carbohydrates
- Dropping Solids
- Adding Cardio Workouts
- Adding Weight Workouts
- Portion Control
- Medical, i.e., drugs to speed metabolism (thyroid, amphetamines..etc.)
- Medical , i.e., drugs to balance hormones
- Medical, Surgical (gastric bypass, etc.)
The problem is that NONE of those methods are a complete answer.
