What are the main weight reduction techniques?


Answer:

I'd break it down to the following methods:

  • Dropping Food or Fasting / Calorie Restriction
  • Dropping Water
  • Dropping Carbohydrates
  • Dropping Solids
  • Adding Cardio Workouts
  • Adding Weight Workouts
  • Portion Control
  • Medical, i.e., drugs to speed metabolism (thyroid, amphetamines..etc.)
  • Medical , i.e., drugs to balance hormones
  • Medical, Surgical (gastric bypass, etc.)

The problem is that NONE of those methods are a complete answer.
