This can be a trick question becuase almost ALL weight loss programs or diets work initially. Why do you think the cabbabe soup diet is still around!
The problem is that, other than my weight loss program, I know of no other diet or weight loss program that works long term AND that is SUPER EASY to do.
If a diet program is not easy to do, then you will not be able to do it long term. If it isn't a well thought out program, then it isn't sustainable. That is exactly what every other diet program I know of is: Hard to do (requiring a lot of discipline) and poorly thought out (so it isn't sustainable).
