I guess that all depends on what you mean by meal plan? Since I don't have you right here to ask you what you meant, I'll assume that like most people, you want to know what to eat:
The great part about the Real Easy Weight Loss diet plan is that it makes no difference what you eat. You could do the R.E.W.L. diet plan eating all donuts or all vegetables, it really doesn't matter for weight loss. Now for health, it makes a big difference, but in my e-book, I don't let you even think about getting healthy until you have ACHIEVED your weight loss goals.
