The " Three Day Fast " is exactly as described. You simply do not eat for three days. But you are allowed to drink water or juice.
The problem with this type of diet with regards to weight loss is that not only do you lose nothing but water weight, but like a starvation diet, to some extent, you set yourself up for a lower, slower metabolism resulting in weight gain, instead of weight loss.
