The Diet Solution Program is a popular weight loss program based on 3 principles:
1. You have to know the exact foods that cause accelerated fat burning.
2. Know the particular food that prevent fat burning.
3. Put the right foods together to create a fat burning effect.
My take on this is that while, like the others, it probably works to some degree. It is NOT a long term sustainable solution. Do you really want to eat in a "particular" way to burn fat? Especially when it's NOT necessary??
