I've said it before and I'll say it again:
1. Drink more water.
2. Don't skip meals.
Those have to be the biggest "secrets" out there. I put secrets in quotes becuase if you ask anyone they'll say "Oh yeah, I know about those" but then you ask them why they aren't doing them, especially when they ARE NOT losing weight and they want to and you just get blank stares or "but, uhhh" , "uhm, well..."...
So until you DO them, they are really still secret. I reveal all of them in my new e-book.
