Yes, many programs out there are safe and some of them are easy.
However, I think you need to ask yourself another question. How many are SUSTAINABLE?
Then I would tell you I know of only one weight loss diet program that is sustainable and that is my own.
It is sustainable becuase it is based on the fact that people will only do what is NEEDED to lose weight and 99% of the time no more. My program creates success scenarios, that perpetuate themselves.
