First of all, be careful. Any program too quick to lose weight, will be also too quick to gain back weight.
I'm all for easy weight loss, which is why I wrote my e-diet manual "Real Easy Weight Loss"... but as for the quick part, well 30-90 days is what we are looking at. And that really isn't quick.
If you don't care if you get fatter after you're done, just fast or drink juice for a week. You will drop a lot of water weight and your inches will go down, but in a few weeks, you will be fatter than you were before you started.
So quick weight loss programs are for those who don't care if they get fatter when it's over. I didn't write my weight loss program to fit that model. I wrote it for people who want to take the weight off PERMANENTLY.
