Answer:

Actually, you can lose a significant about of weight (the right way) in 3 months; anywhere from
24 lbs. - 36 lbs. of pure fat. That is A LOT of fat. That is why most professional bodybuilders who don't like to stay lean all year around, typically begin thier diet at about 3 monhts out from thier show.
