I would tell you do NOT start running to lose weight. I don't care if you are a teenager and I don't have anything against running, but I DO have a problem with running to lose weight.
Look, if you want to run, then run and have a blast. I'm sure your heart will enjoy it. Unless you run marathons or do triathalons or ironman competitions...Those competitions and training regimines REALLY stress the body out.
