Is it true you can eat more to lose weight?


Answer:

Yes in once sense, but No in the general sense.

You cannot eat more quantity, but you can eat more frequently. So in the sense that you are eating more frequently, I suppose you are eating more to lose weight. But you can see how it can be confusing.
